Role and Responsibilities:

Deliver excellence in customer service to all clients
Establish, grow and manage client base
Develop client solutions that ensure each client reaches their personal goals
Solicit new business in a professional manner to build lifelong relationships
Communicate and develop relationships with multiple stake holders including (banks, financial institutions, lawyers, underwriters, appraisers and realtors)
Complete applications on behalf of customers – following all transactions to completion
Identify clients’ financial goals and objectives, Analyze clients’ financial records, Negotiate mortgage loans
Make application for mortgage to lenders or lending institutions on behalf of your client
Review problematic situations and see problem through to the point of resolution
Prioritize and manage client work flow
Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports – ensure solid
Handle highly confidential information

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills with proven ability to build lasting relationships
Highly adaptable and able to work within tight deadlines showing flexibility
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities

Highly motivated and self-directed
Genuine desire to work for your clients and grow as a team
Post-secondary education in business or finance as asset
Desire to learn and complete all industry training
